Hicat is a small company founded by Joseph Wang and Raymond Zhang, two technology enthusiasts. Joseph Wang specializes in industrial design and has extensive knowledge of material development. His friend and colleague Raymond Zhang has 5 years of experience in product management and marketing. After having successfully financed their first project on Kickstarter, they decided to reiterate with Arco a new innovative project.
